Created4meEarly Learning Centre Inc. is a dual site child care facility located in the East St. Paul Community. NCC was founded in 1974 by experienced teachers and enthusiastic parents who believed that offering a quality educational experience was their primary goal. Created4Me Early Learning Centre started as Narol Children's Centre. Our members include both parents and community members. We are a non-profit, charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Located in the old Donald School in St. Clements, led our Board and Director, along with the huge demand for quality full time care, the age and decaying state of the building, to pursue the opportunities to expand our services into East.
